rec letters

Hey I think I’m going to be transferring next year and really want to rush. I didn’t rush at the school I’m at now but I know there rec letters can be the end all be all of getting a house. Do they hold much importance here? Do most people get them?

rec letters don't really have an effect. they might help the sorority put a face to a name before meeting you but just because you have one/don't doesn't mean you will/will not get into an organization
