Sdt is. Most sororities except the top tiers probably will snap bid, but I'm pretty sure you have to have gone through formal to get one

Sig Delt is only recruiting informally this year so if you want to skip formal, I suggest waiting it out for snap bids and Sig Delt's recruitment.
