greek life/transferring

by: ana

Hi! Im hoping someone here can give a genuine answer. My parents have an apartment 15 minutes from college of charleston. I will be a transfer and not sure about the commuting issue. Is it scary to drive at night from cofc to the bridge? Are all club meetings, sorority chapters at night? How late?

the fact no one responds to you shows how unwelcoming they are going to be to you. and how unhappy they are.

hey! so my chapter's chapter meetings are sunday nights at 7, and can run anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour or more. i can't really say much for driving from downtown to the bridge but i don't think it'd be that bad! i feel like most club meetings are late afternoon/night just because that's the most convenient time bc of peoples classes and things

Hi! Thanks for the answer! I am going to be a junior! Is it worth it to rush? I honestly dont care about rankings at all I just want a group of friends so that me transferring can be a little easier. I will have a gpa above 3.2 and overall a good student. I just dont want to rush and then find out that no one will accept a junior

Also do you think it will be hard for me to be involved if im not on campus? Also is driving at night safe, as long as you know the safe roads? Sorry Im asking a million questions I just dont know anyone who has attended cofc.
