An easy way to tell whether a sorority is good or not (the whole top-mid-lower tier thing is a load of BS), look at the quota (this year's was 39) and see how many girls from that same pledge class stayed by the end of the semester. This is the retention rate. I know at least 3 tri delt pledges who dropped on BID DAY. They said that they did because tri delt put on a front during recruitment which made them want to join, but that the girls turned out to be so much different than they thought.

They dropped on bid day? How did they know the girls were different? They weren't there long enough to tell.
