Probably wouldn't hurt mentioning it to chi o but I wouldn't bank on it as a sure thing and you should rely on your personality more, and truthfully anyone could get a bid from sigma kappa they're not hot, chi o is much better and if you're trying to join a high tier sorority focus on chi o

Okay, so coming from someone who went through rush last year, I figured out that the ones that I thought I would join really changed. You just need to go through and see which one you really fit in with. But with what you're asking, it wouldn't hurt to mention it, but you shouldn't rely solely on that. Also, you won't be hard to get a bid from sigma kappa since they just colonized last year and are still trying to build up their chapter.

legacies aren't as important at cofc because greek life is a lot more laid back than other schools. based off your application and rec letters they'll already know you're a legacy before you step into the house so theres no need to mention it. I was a legacy for one and joined a different one because i felt like i fit in better
