no way would i ever hang with these chicks

i just rushed, and though i did not find my perfect fit, this sorority was the most welcoming and genuine. I am not sure if it is just a southern thing, but there was a tremendous amount of posers in most of the COC sororities, such a turn-off. I liked much of what I heard in this one and I think that the fact that they are relatively new is a plus, leaving room for positive growth. They did not seem locked into old, tired policies, I also liked the smallness and closeness of the group.

Every year the dynamics change in our organizations as new people come in. 2015 is shaping up to be a great year for SD with the many beautiful and intelligent new faces joining this lovely group of ladies. This sorority is a perfect fit for the self assured individual that does not need the high school security blanket-like clique to make them feel special. The "desperately trying too hard" would not do well here, though there are many sororities on campus like that for those who need them.

Great group of genuine ladies that seem to have zero cat fighting going on and are keeping it real every day. The jealousy and bitterness that seems to rule in several of the other sororities is non-existent here. Nicely done!

The women in this chapter are without a doubt the strongest and best women I have ever met in my life. Who cares about tiers? When it comes to joining a sorority, potential members need to choose where they feel comfortable and not try to get into a chapter purely based on that sororities ranking. Join where you feel appreciated and included. Find your home away from home.

There are some really nice girls in this sorority and they are all super close. But they are not really well know and never do anything. I never see them out.

While they're all super nice, they kind of need to get going with their recruitment if the campus is getting a new sorority. I hate to say it but if they don't at least come close to quota then it might be better if they just let the new sorority come take their place tbh.

They're just the annoying girls in class that spend the whole time sucking up to the professor. Some of them are pretty chill but the cons outweigh the pros.

All super chill girls. They're relatively new on campus and trying to build their presence, so they're still pretty small. All the girls seem close and proud to wear their letters.

I was very hesitant to accept a bid from them at first. I told myself that if after eight weeks I didn't like them then I would drop. To my complete surprise I found the sisterhood to be super genuine. I love every single girl in the chapter. It is a super real Group of girls that I definitely underestimated at first. Super happy with my decision to stay!
