Agreed with comment below. Middle tier would be a complement. Basically the left overs from TriDelta / ADPI / ChiO. Plain Janes with the personality of a wall… few shots deep they would be the girls offering a "Gilroys Special" to the City Bistro late night window.

PIKE guys are mostly hot northern rich guys who feel entitled to everything and anything. Tons of douchebags but their pledge class has some nice kids in it this year.

I only gave KD this ranking due to the huge amount of improvement they went through this year. They have actually earned a spot up with us in top tier now.
