Seams like the main group of kids who were dirty rushed this year are all deciding between tau, beta, and 'not rushing'. Obviously there isn't enough spots for everybody so the rest will end up at theta chi. leaving phi delt, bds, and underground sigma for the stranglers who are going into sophomore year never having been to invited to a party or chill.
