finals break...top houses this fall and why. go!

Upper tier: Tach/Beta/Tau
Upper middle/middle: Sig/Dke/DU
Lower: Phi Delt
Bottom: BDS

DU: the pillars in the front make it look really stately. it's great when they allow other guys to open parties because it's a very large space inside and with a normal sized crowd it seems kind of empty. it is also a really great SPW venue when they put up the big tent!

Tach: tach is the most rustic house. the stone facade really represents the cozy space inside. also their porch is really good for chillin because it's so small you only need a few guys standing out there to make it look lit!

Phi Tau: I love how the abysmal state of the house reflects the abysmal personalities of the men in this fraternity! I also love when they misspell their own name in christmas lights!

Beta: what a great house. it's like a country estate! but with a lot cheaper beer lol! and did u know they have a ROUNDABOUT !?! no other house has that!

Phi Delt: their basement has a cool room off the the side that feels like you're in a PUB instead of a CLUB. the floors here seem slipperier than at the other houses just from my experience maybe they should get wood floors. it would fit with the pub theme! also maybe a stuffed bear or something, or a backwoodsy local named Pat just an idea
