Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Colgate University - CU 4.4 No where near beta but definitely in front of tau this year. Taus junior class is the only reason why. Have a good relationship with beta and is what's really helping them. Will surpass tau within the next semester

I would say this is more due to taus sophomore class than their junior class

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Colgate University - CU 4.0 Recent pledge class saved them and will keep them a solid mid tier house, although with the class beta just pulled they are far from top tier by comparison. Still definitely socially relevant and with one more year like this they will definitely pass tau as 2nd best house.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Colgate University - CU 3.4 I don't understand all of the hype about tach. Recent classes aren't great. Parties are sometimes fun, but the guys usually just seem like they only are interested in each other. They better pull a good class because they are quickly becoming irrelevant.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Colgate University - CU 3.8 Tach parties are always a good time. The guys themselves are really nice, sometimes so much that it can come off as creepy, but while some are a little strange they still know how to throw down.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Colgate University - CU 2.0 Seems to be a close brotherhood overall, but really awkward guys when it comes to talking to girls and the parties always seem to die down quickly. A few brothers are cute, but most aren't.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Colgate University - CU 4.2 People are dumb, yes they got a worse pledge class than tau and beta but let's not forget how horrible tau's junior class is. Barring some meltdown this year for rush, they'll be fine.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Colgate University - CU 2.2 Kinda just feel bad for 'em. Pretty horrible pledge class this year and nobody at any of parties seems to enjoy themselves anymore. I think its well understood by now thats they are sinking to the bottom :(
