Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Colgate University - CU 4.8 Upper mid tier but still great- definitely second best after beta in my opinion. My sisters and I will be spending a lot of time there this semester with beta suspended.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Colgate University - CU 4.2 Indubitably the best. Parties are so fun, music is bomb, the guys are hot with personalities.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Colgate University - CU 4.8 Gets a lot of hate on this board. Definitely has gone downhill. Seniors from two years ago were the best in the school and the classes after haven't continue that. Their seniors are still pretty cool, junior class is meh with 5 or 6 standouts, 3 or 4 kids who were offered beta and 1 or 2 that were offered dke. Sophomores are second best in the school. Lost a lot of kids to beta like everyone but fewer than tau and stole some dke kids to make up for it. Throws bangers and isn't going anywhere.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Colgate University - CU 4.8 Although still clearly below beta, definitely trending toward the top tier with some good kids, unreal parties, and phi tau dying and all. With another good year they could definitely make the jump to a top tier house.
