i'd say the third of the top three frats at colgate(excluding dke). nice, smart guys who also throw awesome rowdy parties. put a ton of effort into having great mixers, always have a great time there. not considered the coolest guys in comparison to beta but still really awesome guys.

haha why are there so many Betas comparing themselves to Theta Chi? The two best houses are DU and Theta Chi, with Phi Tau trailing. Betas are so creepy
