Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Colgate University - CU 1.0 They only have James as their only POC brother. Not only that but got turned away once because I dropped my sorority 😂 yeah they are kind of overrated in my opinion.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Colgate University - CU 4.0 These guys did not have a major SPW, but the glass was super fun and the Boxer short open was fun too. Still the top house tho for sure and not much changing

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Colgate University - CU 4.4 Top house. These guys are the dogs. Only issue with them is that they beef w other houses alot because other houses are jealous of them. Everyone wants a tach bid but not everyone can get one.
