Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity Ratings at CU

They are lowkey the worst frat on campus. Don’t recommend going to their parties either if you aren’t affiliated.

Used to be mid to bottom tier but in the last two years w beta and dke having bad rush classes they’ve moved into 2 or 3 status. In a battle of mid between Tau and Themselves. But lowkey better than beta who might have their charter revoked

Is and has always been a joke. The only dry frat on campus and yet the somehow manage to consistently get suspended... have to socially ban their own brothers for ripping the nword. Act like they have a huge rep but at the end of the day its above ground BDS at best

Such a ripoff frat: awkward, weird, bottom tier by far. they self post here to make themselves look like they have parties but no one really fw them except the part of gphi with nose rings and back tattoos

These guys carried SPW this year on Thursday and Friday night - two biggest parties of the weekend and I feel like everyone tried to get in. House has certainly changed for the better than a few years ago and this weekend established that they are one of the top houses

Good house. These guys are nice and get along with everyone. Always have a good social schedule alot of time going to other frats. Threw a few bangers this term like Boiler Room

Solid frat, not top tier but they aren't terrible. Second best PC in Fall 2023 stole a lot of kids from DKE and Beta. Improving their mixing relations alot from the past and changing their culture. Mix a ton with Tach and it seems like that trend will continue. Girls really like them on a personal level cause they are all chill and unique guys. Very lowkey #2 house this year but could be put lower historically

Literally no guy ACTUALLY wants to be in phi delt. Each year their PC is just an awkward handful of frisbee guys plus rejects from every other house who are super weird. The only reason they occasionally get included in mixers is because they stand in the corner and don't take up space on the dance floor. Whenever they do get around to throwing girls use them as a pregame before heading to Beta or Sig or even Tau. bottom tier

Really nice guys, but only mix with a small crowd, don’t get invites to most other parties so they don’t go out as much

Best house, greatest sophomore PC this year. Nice kids but handsome and funny too. Some are oddballs, but it is ok, they all get along and like each other - they seem to care about each other. Girls are attracted to them - have agood mix of kids - not carbon copies
