Whoever said they're getting "snobby" probably sucks. While they are definitely the "nicest" out of them pkt and beta, theyre still not phi delt. Still have better parties than beta and are cooler/better looking than tau. This spring they really crushed it. Def. one of my favorites

Not sure why it won't let me rate them as not hot. They aren't. Technically a dry frat, parties suck. Foam party is ok. But only if your're a freshmen. If you're looking for a reliable, dull guy to date this is the place.

They've gotten better in the past years. Their new pledge class looks hot! Last year's class was a great group of girls, too. We only have a few mixers with them, but I hope we have more because they seem really down to earth and fun.
