Recent pledge class saved them and will keep them a solid mid tier house, although with the class beta just pulled they are far from top tier by comparison. Still definitely socially relevant and with one more year like this they will definitely pass tau as 2nd best house.

underrated: nicest guys who genuinely want to get to know you/ be your friend. never feel uncomfortable here, always good vibes. most recent pledge class is awesome.. they stole guys from tach and dke! most of them are pretty cute too. definitely my favorite to mix with.

They were top tier behind beta up until this years pledge class where they got completely screwed. Definitely falling down to mid tier and most likely behind tach this year

Eh, a few of the guys are alright but a vast majority of them are jerks, and for that reason I've never really felt comfortable going to any of their parties when there are other houses on campus that make me feel a little less creeped out. Plus their basement gets disgusting during after hours.

Nice kids but definitely not socially relevant here which is not necessarily a bad thing. Pretty much regarded as bottom tier and new pc is pretty much what u would expect
