Not super philanthropic, also the older members make new membership not so fun. There are wonderful Kappa women, but they aren't a super close sisterhood, and mostly they're only focused on their social life (not so much philanthropy and academics)

Pulled a solid pledge class this year, but a really diverse mix. Some of them fit the stereotype, some are average and nice, and then there's a handful of girls im surprised gphi didn't snatch up. Still some awkwardness but there are some gems in there I'd actually want to party with. Like everyones been saying, slowly on the up.
