These guys used to be the boys but they flopped so hard with 9 brothers in Fall 2023 PC that they are now not the vibes. They want to be Tach so bad but they cannot be. They throw unreal massive parties that a ton of people go to but its only because they let anyone in. If they try to do a one on one mixer girls do not show up at all. They need another frat to have a decent party and they need to literally let everyone in in order for it to be a good party. If you are going Beta I would reconsider

Top house. These guys are the dogs. Only issue with them is that they beef w other houses alot because other houses are jealous of them. Everyone wants a tach bid but not everyone can get one.

Solid frat, not top tier but they aren't terrible. Second best PC in Fall 2023 stole a lot of kids from DKE and Beta. Improving their mixing relations alot from the past and changing their culture. Mix a ton with Tach and it seems like that trend will continue. Girls really like them on a personal level cause they are all chill and unique guys. Very lowkey #2 house this year but could be put lower historically

Tau is the definition of mid. They're having a weird identity crisis at the crossroads of trying to be Beta or Tach and yet failing to be anything impressive. Brotherhood seems to be getting better though and their golf parties are always fun

Literally no guy ACTUALLY wants to be in phi delt. Each year their PC is just an awkward handful of frisbee guys plus rejects from every other house who are super weird. The only reason they occasionally get included in mixers is because they stand in the corner and don't take up space on the dance floor. Whenever they do get around to throwing girls use them as a pregame before heading to Beta or Sig or even Tau. bottom tier

Sig is a top house by far. You can just tell they're a tight group of guys who mesh well together and aren't afraid to be let loose. They've really gone out of their way to improve from where they were a few years ago and are on the come up for sure. Girls love their parties because they have some of the most fun mixers at Colgate and consistently throw rly fun afters!!

Top house up and away. Hard to compete with them after their rush dominance, rushed the best class Fall 2023, ruined Beta's reputation, and are rushing all the best freshmen again. They objectively throw the sickest parties and have the most fun. Alot of their guys are sick but some are just total NPCs who follow around the leaders. Pretty but the thing most like a real frat you will get at Colgate.
