These guys did not have a major SPW, but the glass was super fun and the Boxer short open was fun too. Still the top house tho for sure and not much changing

Mid af. Tau til tmrw was fun but not because of tau guys lol. Had no other parties during SPW which is super weird and showcased the mid status more than anything else

Small but fun. Not alot of brothers in the house but they throw massive parties. PC is super weird and not social with girls but they have big parties so idk. Beef w Tach

These guys carried SPW this year on Thursday and Friday night - two biggest parties of the weekend and I feel like everyone tried to get in. House has certainly changed for the better than a few years ago and this weekend established that they are one of the top houses

Tennis Players and weird guys that didn’t get bids anywhere else. Have one good party a year and TTT flopped big time this year. If you want to be the laughingstock of greek life go here

Good house. These guys are nice and get along with everyone. Always have a good social schedule alot of time going to other frats. Threw a few bangers this term like Boiler Room

No one really wants to go here, but nobody really hates it here. Definition of mid frat. No way up or down. They have mixers and have fun, but they cannot throw a real PARTY. They mix with all the sororities alot, but the girls only go there to see NeD or HayDen tbh, the guys are major simps. Hard to rank these guys because girls do go there, but its not because they think the parties are sick. Them and beta depend on each other to throw parties pretty much and its getting old. I'd rather go to Phi Delt than here if I was rushing.

These guys used to be the boys but they flopped so hard with 9 brothers in Fall 2023 PC that they are now not the vibes. They want to be Tach so bad but they cannot be. They throw unreal massive parties that a ton of people go to but its only because they let anyone in. If they try to do a one on one mixer girls do not show up at all. They need another frat to have a decent party and they need to literally let everyone in in order for it to be a good party. If you are going Beta I would reconsider

Top house. These guys are the dogs. Only issue with them is that they beef w other houses alot because other houses are jealous of them. Everyone wants a tach bid but not everyone can get one.

Solid frat, not top tier but they aren't terrible. Second best PC in Fall 2023 stole a lot of kids from DKE and Beta. Improving their mixing relations alot from the past and changing their culture. Mix a ton with Tach and it seems like that trend will continue. Girls really like them on a personal level cause they are all chill and unique guys. Very lowkey #2 house this year but could be put lower historically
