Tbh, this isn’t an frsternity it’s a Football House. Don’t yet me wrong, like any girl I like their parties. I’m my experience the football guys are actually pretty cool, but DU is a seperare thing from the Greek life experience at Colgate. Maybe from the perspective of a football player brother, that’s a good thing, but it means that they can’t really be in any top house conversation. (Their physical house might actually be the nicest though).

This has been the best semester for phi delt since I’ve been here. They have parties every week, mix with all the sororities and overall just seem to have a huge social presence, especially recently. Their current seniors are all cool, but seem to a relatively small class. Even still that class really was the first of the new era for phi delt. Their juniors are even better, probably the best junior class of any house on campus. While it’s early, their sophomores are super involved, have a big presence outside the house, could turn out to be back to back big classes full of impactful guys. Overall, phi delt socially has really emerged as objectively in the conversation for best house this semester. Will need to keep it up if they want to be thought of on the same plane as tach, they have high stakes for recruiting this coming year, but if they get another great class of 30 guys like the last two, it’s a huge game changer.

Best girls on campus. Really pulled through with this years pc they managed to get almost all of the socially relevant and hottest girls. No signs of being overtaken as top sorority any time soon

Beta is dominant. Don't listen to the BS rumors. Have the chillest kids from good backgrounds at prep schools in CT and NY. Bunch of lax bros. They pull, are chill, and basically are the only frat here that would also be legit at Cuse or a southern school. The haters are still salty they got balled or a bro never called them back. _kai_
