You know they got some nerdy guys in there, but they also got a good group of pretty awesome dudes. If anything phi delt has just become a group of normal people over the last few years. This is a major step compared to what they used to be just 2 to 5 years ago.

the guys are cool, but they are still the most bottom tier frat, along with du. they just don't party hard enough to have any sort of favorable reputation on campus. their brothers get on here and hype their frat up so that they can skew the rankings.
