This is so accurate. In all honesty, the only two worth rushing is ADPI and Gamma. The rest are just bad. There is a huge gap between them and everyone else. AXID are pot smokers and a bunch of weirdly bunched girls, SK and Tri Sig take anyone, and Phi Sig, they may be pretty, but they're dumb as rocks, have a terrible sisterhood, and all they care about is partying.

Adpi isn't pretty though. They have some good looking girls but they're only considered a top house because they're involved, have the best gpa, and are nice to everyone. If you were basing things off looks, adpi is not up there.
And idk what u were talking about phi sig being pretty.... Heffers
