so low?

At my current school Fiji is a pretty decent middle tier fraternity, I'm transferring the coastal and I was wondering why they are usually ranked at the very bottom?

They are sweet guys, but they are relatively newer and they don't have good methods of recruiting guys so they have some weird dudes. Not to say, that could change, but right now it is a small fraternity with a few guys.
