I will be a junior when I transfer in the fall. Is it even worth my time to rush? What are the chances that I will actually get a bid?

OF COURSE!! There are many students who finally decide to put off rushing and go for it. You will not be declined a bid because of your age/ year in school. Bids are given out based on who you are as a person. I definitely suggest rushing. You don't want to graduate and regret not taking such an amazing opportunity!
