rushing as a transfer

by: Transfer

Hello, I am considering transferring here within the next year, and I am curious about Greek life at this school. I come from a commuter school and Greek life there is somewhat prominent but extremely watered down. I’d highly consider rushing and want to know more about what this school has to offer in the ifc.

To be honest everyone on this site will argue back and forth about which sorority or fraternity is best for days but if there is one thing we can all agree on is that 90% of the problems with greek life at ccu are because of coastal itself!

Coastal is trying to get rid of the party rep and have been for years so greek life has become so strict! If you are looking to join a greek organization to party save your money you can party just the same and not be in greek life. If you want to join to better yourself, meet new people, and have some fun outside of partying, definitely join!

Not saying we don't like to party or have fun, but you can do it just the same without joining.
