i want to know why coastal doesn't want houses

Hi so I'm a new member as of last year and I need to understand why coastal doesn't want houses. I thought it was because of brothel law but I found out the United States doesn't have that crap anymore... And if it's just coastal not wanting them why can't the Greek community protest our right to have a house. I see all other sororities with a house and it really makes me upset that we can't have that.. People think coastal's Greek life is so
