President asked to step down? Real great start. You can't just become sisters with 130 girls. Sisterhood is something that takes time to grow and develop. All i see is a group of girls wearing letters making fools out of themselves whenever they are out.

MIDDLE TIER

I think that their horrible pledge class this past fall was a reality check for them so now they're trying to bounce back. However, now that a handful of the good girls have graduated, they have more weird girls now and those weird girls are going to recruit more weird girls. The girls they want are going to continue to be turned away by how fake and try-hard they come off. Sorry, but they've fallen hard and need a lot more than just a decent pledge class to go back on top.
