Pretty much the same minus the fraternities that weren't there

What most people don't understand is that the tiers never really change. except when people get kicked off, but when the fraternities that were kicked off come back on they wind up back in the tier they were in when they got kicked

almost the same. the old row has been the top forever. Only real difference was SX was mid-tier. they only got better in the 00s when KS, SAE, ATO, Pike & SN were kicked off.
