pledge a junior transfer student?

What are the chances an incoming junior transfer could get a bid ? Are all the frats only interested in guys that will be there four years or would any consider a transfer with proven academic success and extracurricular involvement?

Email recruitment chairs and go for mid tier fraternities and you'll be fine

It shouldn't matter too much as long as you are a cool guy. Some people will question you or think its weird to rush so late but explain you transferred or any other decent reason why you haven't rushed anywhere before
