I hear both are trying hard to buy the white house. Sigma Pi is trying to stop it but will end up selling since they only have like 20 guys left.

The way they're trying to do it is just fill it out until they come back. SP doesn't want to give it away. Some people even say a Sig ep alumni controls it still. Idk how that is though.
