geek housing??

Correction-- the ordinance says that 4 or more unrelated WOMEN can't live together. Clemson is working on changing that though and has plans to build a greek village where Thornhill Village is now. If you look up greek housing on their website it has some details!

Up till like mid-late 2000s the quad was the party spot, especially because they allowed tailgates there. Clemson a administration shut that down so it had to move off campus. That ordinance of no more than 3 unrelated tenants living in an apartment/house really kills the possibility of building mansions like at sec schools. It's also becoming really expensive to buy real estate around here due to the high demand of student housing caused by our increase in enrollment.
