They could have enough cash for 3 of the biggest houses at clemson take the Sig ep fraternity and their pledges and still be bottom tier for life. Though taking anyone from Sig ep would hurt them.. I doubt a phi Sig is posting all this stuff about them selves.

Because just taking in another fraternity because you think they're cool and instantly calling yourselves "brothers" will make you top tier. It makes you a joke
