I've heard a lot about these guys lately and they really seem to be running the social scene at clemson. Are they considered top tier now?

But seriously though they had some super weird guys, idk how that would make phi Sig a better fraternity? They werent even that good when they were here, probably upper mid. They were used for their house like AGR.

phi sig and farmhouse runs clemson. kegs of smirnoff, parties with new kids on the block. no house bc houses are for phags
