Phi Delt has great location with the compound, really only PDT, KS, Sig Pi, and SX Edgewood that you can walk to from campus

Everyone can stop including sigma pi now... if you're into eating cigs, pulling 3's , and being used for your house, then please carry on

if by best houses you mean aesthetically pleasing then yes AGR and KS. If you mean best houses to party then Phi Delt, Sigma Pi, and Pike.
