You all are acting like a bunch of insecure middle schoolers trying to build yourselves up by tearing others down. Liking your brothers/sisters who you will spend four years around is what it's all about, not someone else's dumb azz opinion. Keep it Classy Clemson and keep your mean and derogatory thoughts to yourself.

For fraternities and sororities I'd say that its more about attractiveness than tiers for why they don't mix with someone. I see what you're saying though. I wouldn't expect ZTA XO or KKG to mix with the delts or pi kapp just like I wouldn't expect SN ATO or KS to mix with Gamma Phi or Theta. I agree with your post but even without this site I doubt they will start to mix with everyone.

I am saddened by how people treat one another and how we are so shut off from one another and how we judge one another, when the truth is, we are all one connected thing. We are all from the same exact molecules.
We focus so much on our differences, and that is creating, I think, a lot of chaos and negativity and bullying in the world. And I think if everybody focused on what we all have in common - which is - we all want to be happy.

the original poster was trying to get everyone to just lay off the ranking and stupid comments people put on here and how ridiculous it makes us look and how hurtful the comments can be. And as a girl in "high tier"sorority with beautiful friends in lower tiers I know how how some fraternities ban their members from going to their sorority events because of your middle school mentality. I hate to burst your bubble but those girls have no respect for you frats that do that and don't feel like they are missing out at all by not mixing with you. They literally don't care. My friends from other schools think frat parties here are lame anyway because you all practice exclusivity and as a result the parties are small and boring. And after being here two years and hitting up other schools parties I agree. I love my sisters and Clemson but our frats and their parties and your mob mentality are lame.

So true, the 'need' to have so many tiers and ranks has led to cliquey groups partying with the same people every time. Instead of big parties.
