Upper Mid: AGR Beta LXA, AGR has the house and are respected by top. Sorority relations are improving. Beta has Top tier sorority relations but no house and this pledge class wasn't what they expected. LXA will forever be in this position, their name brings nothing to the table and the house is way too far, guys are just barely better than below.

MID: DX A-Sig PKT, DX and A-Sig are way better than PKT but PKT is 10x better than the delts PKP and PSK even while on suspension. DX has the best house of this group and best sorority relations, their pledge classes are getting smaller but still are the last PC to even get a small amount of respect from top. A-Sig Bids anything thats left over from what the upper mid top and DX didn't bid, Average sreat relations but a decent house. PKT are in trouble but have better sorority relations than below, their house isn't the best but at least its not a rental, the guys are barely average.

The best of the bottom: DTD PSK PKP, hahahahaha the Delts and Pi Kapp have a little rivalry going!! Its funny because they're both bottom tier and only relevant when everyone in the top and Mid tier does nothing. No sorority relations, when they do get girls out they always complain about the creeps that run wild in these fraternities and the only fraternities with housing to speak of are the delts and PSK.. Not the best houses. These guys just prey on freshmen GDI's and garner NO respect from top fraternities and are irrelevant to sororitys.

Finally someone put the delts where they belong!! No one in any fraternity thinks the delts are deserving of mid tier. And before you go and accuse me of being a Pi Kapp let me just say I prefer my top house over them anyways.

Pretty sure Phi Tau already resigned their houses, so if they can rush next Fall they should be fine. Idk why but I kinda liked watching those kids fight out of bottom tier.

Let me clear this up. Phi Tau is keeping their houses, they already resigned them, for some reason Pi Kapp thinks and is telling everyone that they are taking them. They were not able to recruit this past rush but will be able to next year. Those houses are pretty dope and will continue to get them good pledges as long as they have them.

Also, Alpha sig has done a pretty solid amount of joints with phi tau, at the sky box and at phi tau's houses. don't know how you can call that a night and day difference...

Why are you guys arguing over who's the best of lower mid and bottom? What you should do is band together so you can all improve and compete with the "better" houses in mid tier and lower top. If you don't do that none of you will leave the positions you have now. Just saying...
