Top: Best guys Best parties Best sorority relations Best housing with the exception of SN. They have enough money to make up for that by paying to party.
Lower top: each fraternity is lacking something those in the top have. Pike can't stay out of trouble and KA and PDT both have questionable guys. KA has no housing but like SN they have enough $ to pay to party.
Upper mid:AGR is easily the best out of the group. They just need the sorority relations. Closest to top. LXA and SP both have weird guys and good housing. LXA is better for now but so SP will improve over them purely because of the white house. SP's newest PC is better than lambda's. Lambda's house is too far.
Lower mid: Beta lost the only thing they had going for them. Still have better sorority relations than everyone in upper mid. Decent guys. DX and A-Sig have great housing but don't recruit well enough to move up.
Bottom:the delts are gonna be pissed they're this low, sorry guys 3 years is not enough to improve over anyone ahead of you. Especially those with housing. No one in bottom is relevant.

i will say whoever posted this at least put some thought and reasoning behind where they put who where and wasn't mean.
if y'all aren't going to stop posting pointless rankings at the very least make your posts similar to this. in the thoughtful not mean way.

These are the 2015 fall rankings.
My predictions.
Phi Delt KS ATO AGR on upward trends. ATO only because since SAE is kicked off they'll be able to keep their house for at least until SAE returns.
SN KA PKA Beta on downward trends. SN and KA lost a lot of dominance when Sig ep and sigma Chi were kicked off, beta lost their awesome house and pike is always I. Trouble or about to be.

I agree with your sentiment on ATO but Beta will find something to cure their housing delima soon. And yeah their pledge class was not what they wanted this year. Phi Delt killed it.
