Beta has no house and Lambda has a terrible house. AGR and phi delt have two of the best houses

this is close but pike isn't better than ka. ka has some kakes but pikes been in trouble for so long and had at least one terrible pledge class. lambda is definitely not above beta and phidelt/agr are above both. signu is still top tier for now.

I still feel like there's a weird situation in the higher tier sororities. When girls go into rush I feel like they're either rushing KKG, ADPi, or DDD. While DDD is definitely falling because they don't look as good anymore as a whole, I feel like there will always be a certain type of girl rushing DDD. No one goes into rush trying to go ZTA, XO or APhi

I remember going through recruitment all of the southern girls wanted ADPi, DDD, or KKG. Unfortunately only about 180-200 girls out of the 1200 that rush get bids from one of those sororities. I do think that after going through recruitment and seeing where everyone really ended up, you see that those aren't necessarily the top 3 sororities, though. They are definitely all great! But some other chapter's sometimes come out with better pledge classes so it's still a mix as to who the top 3 chapter's really are

These are the only fraternities that have fallen this semester:
Beta: they lost their house
Delta chi: they continue to get worse because they don't care about running a fraternity (or much of anything else)
Pi Kapp: the temporary hype of no guys having to pledge is over and they'll struggle to keep the few guys that took bids this semester
(Almost everyone else moved up)
I think everyone would agree that the sororities all moved closer together. There doesn't seem to be an absolute clear top and bottom as far as looks. The lower tiers did better than normal, and the higher tiers didn't do quite as good as normal.
