Ok so top all have good guys are out of trouble have the best sorority relations and a good house or a $hit ton of money to party with fraternities who do.
Mid tier is reserved for fraternities with great houses and good guys (PDT, PKA) or just with fraternities with decent sorority relations and a good house (DX, A-Sig) or decent guys and decent sorority relations (LXA, Beta) or fraternities with good housing and a lot of potential but are in trouble (PKT, SP)
Bottom tier has ok fraternities who still have fun but aren't the best clemson has to offer. Still 1000x better than geed life.

No DTD you cannot move up just because half of clemson is kicked off or suspended. Even suspended fraternities like SP and PKT will be more relevant and have more potential simply because of their housing. Sorry Pike and Phi Delt, you guys are great still but all the trouble hurts, AGR is without trouble got a better PC and have improving relations with other top fraternities. Beta losing their house spells their decline. A-Sig and DX will improve a lot with the housing and lack of trouble, both with rush and girls. I think Lambda is forever mid tier nothing about them says good or bad just average. Fiji didn't get that great of guys so they're similar to pi kapp but worse.
Top tier is good times money tier.
Mid tier is trouble and potential tier.
Bottom tier is you can't get worse from here tier.

the only thing I'd change is the top of the old list.
sigchi was pretty much number one, sigep was top even though they are gal pal central, ka was top bc alot of the guys in sigep went to highschool or were from the same city so they formed a duo (sigep getting kicked off hurt ka/sn alot). and ato was the odd man out so honestly id drop them down a row: (my opinion maybe not yours but idc)

sigchi and sigep's boot really hurt the greek system bc they each had their own unique niche in the system and both had houses they raged at.

We disagree some on the old list, but not a big deal. Yeah anything in the same row is dead even, arguing between spots is pointless to me. If you're top you're top. But you were right however I think both ATO and KS are better but that's just me. To each their own its all good.

Why should we move up the delts and Pi Kappa to Mid tier? What have they done lately to compete with mid tier fraternities? Nothing. PKT and SP are both small fraternities who are suspended but have a lot of potential with housing putting them over bigger fraternities who are out of trouble and have better seat relations is not going to happen. PDT and PKA should be top when they get out of their suspensions but until then the one thing they're always known for (partying) will not be a factor anymore because they can't party. Anything else?

your new list is pretty spot on, i might move sn ahead of ks but personal preference.
