squabbling in rows is stupid. if youre top youre top. if youre lower mid youre lower mid. you have to include atleast one northern party house fraternity in top.. i think after this next fall Phi Delt will definitely be solid top. they will fill the void. SN is definitely top..

Without being able to formally participate in rush this semester or next, I really doubt they'll be able to fill their housing next year

They are a surprisingly large chapter, I think according to Greek report they had the 5th largest fraternity. One pledge class missed won't be enough to lose those houses. Depending on how many other chapters get in trouble later on in the year you'll have to gauge the competition for next years rush.

I think this is pretty close. I wouldn't consider phi delt upper top. They should probably be moved down one row. I also think there's a significant difference between everyone else in the middle tier and PKP. PKP hasn't ever rejected anyone, and they did a terrible job recruiting this year

Pi Kapp became a fraternity last year. Their nationals came and took anyone who would sign up. Not that they don't have a few cool kids, but no way they're middle tier that fast

The DTDs I know make it seem like they should be way above pi kapp so I don't get why people keep putting them lower than fraternities like phi tau if anything I think they should at least be on the same level if not higher.

I'm pretty convinced that every post on this site is Pi Kapp. They just became a fraternity in March. When their nationals showed up they gave bids to anyone with a pulse. Until they're around long enough to get rid of their original guys, they won't be good. DTD is still newer, but it's probably been enough years to get rid of the founders
