DX is the best of the group, but the past two years of pledge classes have been weird, like weird looking and weird acting. I always hear about how they were a top fraternity before, but that must have been like 4-5 years ago considering some of the guys I've seen and met. I know they have a rep for partying super hard, but they care more about partying than pulling decent girls. I'd say they could move up if they get better girls and keep partying hard. If they balled like 15 of the WEIRD ass guys they currently have they would instantly move up in to the upper middle. The guy I have gone to functions with and his friends are really cool though.

Alpha sig has been low for a while, but was on the rise until probation. They were full of weirdos and were starting to be selective with bidding l. Now they don't have that option. Still not terrible, but not a first choice fraternity. They are also the largest fraternity on campus so if you are looking for size go alpha sig. The house is neat too. I think it's a plus alpha sig has the north south mix thing going too.

DTD I do not know, I have never met or gone to a party with them, so I'll avoid making a statement that is biased. I think they have a nice house, not sure.

The delts should have never been included in this conversation, they are not like DX or A-Sig at all. DX and A-Sig have decent relations great housing and all around decent guys though a few are certainly delt quality. The delts have no go to sororities to chill or party with no housing and probably have about 4 solid guys in the whole fraternity who don't creep girls out or treat them like crap.

Delta chi- even though their reputation is slipping they still have an AGR size mansion somewhere that's pretty. Ice I'm told. I know two who are really cute and sweet but also know a few that look pretty similar to marshmallows. If they don't recruit better though they will fall behind the delts and alpha sig though. Mix with decent sororities like AXO and DZ too. No quad spot but Friars tailgating spot. Are a little higher than the other two in my opinion but just barely.

Alpha sig- the skybox is pretty sweet but really that's about the only thing they have going for them. Idk where they tailgate and I have no idea who they do things with other than DTD, delta chi, and pi kapp. Also their sorority relations are straight crap don't have any clue who they mix with. Have a quad spot but no known tailgating spot.

DTD- currently all they have is this dumpy brick house good for darties but that's about it. According to a boy I know in there though apparently they are getting some pretty nice lake houses and a downtown house. If this were to happen that could be a game changer for them. The guys in there are pretty cute (or at least the ones I know, people might disagree). Their sorority relations are pretty bad though because I only ever see them mix with like gamma phi and sigma kappa. Have a quad spot and a Friars spot for tailgating.


All three blow pi kapp out of the water. I know a lot of pi kapps and really don't feel comfortable at all around them.

DTDs probably the best since they're the only one of this crew who doesn't party with Pi Kapp
