SN is still in top Phi Delt is right behind Pike. Switch SX and KA... SX got the weirdest kids and there weren't that many at all. A good sign the chapter is on a harsh decline. Move lambda down and SP up. I'd switch SAE and Pike. SAE still has no house and this is the first solid top tier pledge class they've had in over 2 years. Pike is the best northern fraternity for now until Phi Delt gets another solid class. Everything else is good.

really? Pike got the worst class by far of anyone in the top. They were no ones first choice. Could make an argument to drop them to middle tier.

I don't see why they shouldn't be considered among the top tier. awesome parties and house. Mix of northerners and southerners. good pledge classes.
