so who got the best pledge classes?

KS and ATO both did really well
SN good but not as good as they needed nor as good as last fall
KA took a lot of legacies, not very cool ones either
SX took all of the kids that think they're too badass to pledge a normal fraternity but at the same time got a lot of cool kids

SN did ok, not the best PC they had come through.
KS didn't lose very many guys to anyone. they did well.
Phi Delt did well. not a lot of southern guys.
ATO did well from what i hear. didn't see anyone they got myself though.
heard SAE and AGR did well. didn't meet any of them either.
Beta took a great PC honestly i might even say they took the best but a lot of people might disagree..

KA's guys were better than they've had in awhile but still just average. at least they took a lot so money isn't a problem.
SX got whoever they could to keep themselves alive.
Pike i heard was terrible. never met anyone from them but its just the word around campus i heard.

didnt meet or hear about how anyone else did.

Phi Delt ATO KS SAE- all did the best this fall.

SN Pike KA Beta AGR- did the next best, even though they didnt do the best their positions in top/upper mid are not threatened.

SX SP Lambda- did alright, definitely respectable PC's. could compete with above fraternities in the near future.

DX PKP DTD- all were average or just below average PC's

i didn't meet or see all these guys. these PC ranks are from what i heard and the few guys i've met in a few PC's, KA KS SN Phi Delt.

ATO and SAE split the better southern guys. KS got their typical lot. SN really lost out. Northern's who normally would go SX went Phi Delt with a few to KS. Pike got the leftovers.

How many pledges did they take and what is the average spring pledge class size? Do a lot of freshman guys go without bids?

one good pledge class doesn't make phi delt top tier... Lower Top only because of the loss of competition. Kappa Sig didnt lose anyone to Phi Delt, and as usual got more south carolina guys than Phi Delt but more south carolina guys than theyre used to and still got a good amount of northern kids as well. people have slept on SAE, honestly i agree with the sentiment of them getting terrible pledge classes the passed few years but this year they got some pretty great guys. everyone can agree ATO got the best guys though.
