Theres a big difference between zta,xo,adpi,kkg and aphi/ddd. I agree aphis surpassed tridelt however i'd put the two as upper mid.

Theta actually got a really hot pledge class this year. Most girls I talked to said they prefed Theta over both Gamma Phi and Sigma Kappa. They've really been improving this year and will continue to improve with time.
