Lambda- Ok house but kind of far away. Decently cool guys, occasionally do joints with higher ups and mixers with other mid tier soroities.
D Chi- Huge house but is super far away. really northern. used to be a lot better but probation happened.
Phi Tau- Built new houses that are supposedly pretty sick. also really northern, some weird older guys
Sig Pi- Got the white house which is pretty dope. they are a really small chapter with some weird guys who haze really hard.
Phi Delt- Also really northern, have a dope house DT and throw a lot of joints. (this will probably change with the new guidlines though)
Alpha Sig- have a cool house called the skybox, but they pretty much giver anyone a bid, so they have some weird guys. Still decent though.

ΔΧ - lots of guys from New England, generally chill. good party house but far away. still pull KDs and AXOs. Have declined over the past few years. Had a much better rep when i was a freshman.

ΣΠ - Mostly Middle Atlantic guys, NY, CT, PA, & NJ. Had a big Greenville group but those guys are long gone. Really small, less than 40, have had really small pledge classes the last few years because of how bad the hazing was. Should rebound now that they got the whitehouse but it will take a few good pledge classes. Some sorority relations mainly AXO & DZ.

ΦΚΤ - Rejects from Phi Delt and the above 2 houses from all over the north very few southern guys. Built 3 small houses next door to each other but the place is strange for parties. Do a lot of joints with ΑΣΦ. Mainly hang with EK or Gamma Phi. Need to recruit better if they want to move up.

ΑΣΦ - Huge fall after all the hazing allegations. They had a great start after they were founded but really have had problems since still have over a 100 guys and the Skybox is a good party place but they have to turn it around this year. No sorority relations to speak of. Need to stop bidding everyone.

Phi Tau and Alpha Sig are both low tier
