best ranks on this site..

from someone looking at all of these useless posts between KA and ATO or Beta or whoever it is, its so stupid. ill give an honest ranking which is unbiased and honest. ill stop at mid tier and have explanations. this is a list i tweaked and is much better than the last.
top:
upper- KS ATO PKA: have solid guys good houses and tons of chicks. all are the more respected fraternities here, with the exception of beta.
lower- SAE SN Beta Phi Delt: most have houses, tons of chicks but have something like wierd/not solid guys (PhiDelt, Beta) or are in trouble. (SAE), or just dont have a house and some questionable guys, but have good relations with top fraternities which makes them top (SN).
Mid:
upper- KA AGR : KA are here only because they get some decent chicks, but no house and wierd guys keeps them mid tier. AGR just doesn't party as hard, they are a little wierd and don't get as great looking chicks as those above.
lower- lambda DX SP: all still solid, just not as respected, parties don't go as hard, not the best sorority relations but just enough to keep them relevant.

Pike is a perfectly good option if you're from the north but they are not Top 3. just because EX and Sig Ep got booted doesn't mean they get to bounce up a level immediately. Let's see how they do at rush first and who they party with in the fall. The same Chi-O and AXO groupies aren't gettin them top tier status.
