mid tiers

DX and Phi Tau aren't that bad, they're just not like the other traditional southern fraternities and have really nice houses. Those two are the only with potential now to get better. DTD Alpha Sig and Phi Sig don't have much going for them besides Alpha Sig's skybox.

DX and Phi Tau are yankee phi delt wannabe try-hards. Phi Sig always seems to be too stoned to do anything but thats kinda their goal as a fraternity. Alpha Sig has a good house but I guess the guys in it are holding them back. A solid pledge class could really help them out. DTD seems to just exist but if they got their name out more they could improve I haven't really heard anything bad about them.

Only ones worth joining are Phi Tau and DX. Maybe Alpha sig

ΔΤΔ, and ΦΚΤ are the two I would say are pretty good and consistently improving. I would highly recommend either of these two. They both have pretty sweet housing setups and all get good amount of girls at their parties. ΔΧ has always creeped me out since I was a freshman but it could be different now. ΑΣΦ have been getting worse and worse and from the suspensions and small fall pledge class won't be getting better anytime soon. Phi sig?

Phi Tau has an awesome house set up and has been taking larger pledge classes every year. DTD has a house really close to campus which is a huge plus and has improved immensely since they came back to campus.

Delta Chi has the best rep but has been stagnant forever, their house is one of the best in Clemson but way too far. ΦΚΤ has the most potential to move up because they built some private complex or something that is amazing for parties, but don't have solid relations. DTD's like a mini-Beta, so take that as you will. The other two are meh.

let's not kid ourselves Sigma Pi is in this group too and is about half the size of most of these chapters.

If you are around middle/lower tiers like these frats are, you need to have a house that stands out. Delta Chi has that massive house that is a little far away, but still huge, and Phi Tau has that new complex thing they built. Both of those are solid spots. Skybox is decent but overrated. DTD, Phi Sig, Pi Kapp have nothing going on when it comes to a good house. Sig Pi does now that they got the white house.

Delta Chi had some ragers when I was a freshman and had even started getting some of the northern Zetas at their parties. What happen? Why did they fall so quickly?
