without throwing joint parties with other fraternities, and essentially mooching off of their hard work and popularity, these guys are mid/upper mid quality guys at best. i mean seriously they will tell you up and down a house doesnt matter but lets think about this a second..

without a house or paying another fraternity to party you have nowhere other than nasty lots to party at, where do you think a girl would rather be? outside or in an awesome house?
you guys know this which is why you always pay Beta/ATO/PKA/KS to party at their places, which means you have less money to do other/more important things than party such as philanthropy events/mixers/tailgates, and really this hurts you more than anything.
and at the end of the night after you pay these other fraternities to party guess who these girls end up meeting and liking better? the fraternity who actually has a house and much better guys of course.

so now that Beta doesn't have a house they have the same problem. ATO's house is owned by SAE Alumni so they loose it after this year and noooooo one pays to party at the Pike house other than Lambda.

So that leaves KS and AGR. Who have houses but NOT top quality guys.

Beta losing their house is a rumor, and there are plenty of fraternities who pay to party with Pike, i'm not sure if SN and KA do though. ATO will be an average fraternity again after SAE gets their house back so theyre doing all they can to downvote KA and SN so they can still be relevant afterwords hahahaha its kinda sad.. KS is still relatively new after returning to campus so they have a ways to go to solidify their spot with more solid guys to stay top, but honestly from a guy coming from a "mid-tier" fraternity they still have better quality guys than other "top" fraternities like SN ATO and KA. AGR isnt top, but they are pretty good and might be lower top if they can pull in a quality pledge class. Lambda should get way more credit than they do honestly i think theyre lower top, upper mid at the very least and probably better than sigma poo.
