both these fraternities have some pretty great housing and solid guys as well as a pretty big group of girls from mid tier groups as well as some top sorority relations. these guys are pretty underrated and often overlooked, honestly id say they definitely fall in the upper mid/lower top catagory.

I agree LXA & AGR are both pretty good fraternities and have been for a while and I don't know why they don't get credit for it.

this is not that far off, but no one on campus thinks Beta is top tier and Phi Delt clearly behind KA, SAE, Lambda and maybe AGR

with the exception of lambda and KA in top id say these are solid. i would put AGR in top honestly, i think they have solid guys a nice house and a good group of moderately attractive girls that come around.

its amazing. We loose 2 top houses and all of a sudden KS, Pike and Beta are just putting themselves top in their.

You have to actually earn it boys. So what you have a tiny house, when you start pulling top tier girls we can talk about moving you up! The Kappas, Zetas and ADPis aren't at your parties!
