What's yalls opinion on the new recruitment set up of two separate weekend. Pros/cons

I get that it's going to keep girls from going out on the weekends, but it's going to open up a lot of other challenges with it not being a continuous process. I'm not sure if it's going to make more girls drop or less girls drop-- that'll be interesting to see. All I know is I don't have enough letter shirts to wear for two weeks lol
